Menus - Banquets(Beverage Menu)

SportsCaster offers the following beverage options:

a) Capped Open Bar: Host agrees to pay for any and all drinks up to a limit that has been established by the host. Applicable sales tax and 18% gratuity will be included in the limit. Upon reaching the established limit, the guest will be responsible to pay for all drinks. At this point, we ask that there will be no more than one tab per table or that the guest pays cash at the time of service ($.50 gratuity per drink will be added).

b) Unlimited Open Bar: Host agrees to pay for any and all drinks without carrying a cash limit. Applicable sales tax and 18% gratuity will be added.

c) Drink Ticket: Host purchases tickets in advance of event which are used as vouchers for beverages. This enables your guests to receive an equal amount of beverages.

• $2.75 Drink Tickets: Good towards non alcoholic beverages, 16 ounce. Domestic drafts and well cocktails. Applicable sales tax and 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
• $3.75 Drink Ticket: God towards non-alcoholic beverages, 16 ounce domestic, import or micro draft, bottled beer, house wines, well or call cocktails and house margaritas. “Premium” call cocktails excluded. Applicable sales tax and 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Guests will be limited to ordering only the selected items for the purchased drink    tickets. After the drink tickets have been used, we ask that there will be no more than one tab per table or that the guest pay cash at the time of service.

d) Cash Cocktail Service: Guests pay cash for all drinks as they are being served. Limited to groups of 20 or less. A $.50 gratuity per drink is added to the total.

e) Tabs: Guest may have their own tab at an event. Guest will be assigned a tab. Number upon seating. We limit guests to one tab per table. Applicable sales tax   and 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

f) Discount Pitchers: For groups of 20 or more we offer a discount on pitchers of Beer. Domestic pitchers are $6.50, Odell’s and New Belgium pitchers are $10.25. Applicable sales tax and 18% gratuity will be added.

g) Soda, Coffee and Tea: Unlimited soda, coffee and tea service is available for  $1.50 per person. Applicable sales tax and gratuity will be added to the final bill.
