Thank You for considering SportsCaster Grill & Tavern for your special occasion. The success of your function is important to us. Our banquet facilities will accommodate groups from 15 to 80. The rooms offers multiple televisions, VCR, DVD and Laptop options. To reserve a banquet room you must have at least 15 people. For each room a $100 per hour  deposit is required. The deposit is applied towards your bill and any remaining balance will be held as a room charge. We require a deposit of 50% of the projected cost of the function and a signed contract.

SportsCaster offers a variety of menu packages for your party. With each package, you are able to design a custom menu to offer your guests. A package must be used for all private room parties. Menu selections are due three (3) days prior to your event.

Something special in mind? Our Executive Chef and his talented staff will be delighted to design a custom menu tailored to the needs of you and your attendees. Custom entrees, delicious desserts or just a simple personal favorite. Ask your facilitator for details and pricing.

We remain open in the afternoon and can accommodate parties for late lunches and early dinners. During popular sporting events we have very limited seating available for private parties. Please call for available times as this changes seasonally.
